The NRA Law Enforcement Instructor of the Year award acknowledges an NRA Law Enforcement Instructor who has gone above and beyond in their instruction and dedication. The recipient is selected by NRA Law Enforcement Division staff and must be a currently certified NRA Law Enforcement Firearm Instructor. The deadline for submission each year is December 1, and the winner will be announced in the last newsletter of the year. The winner will receive a plaque and a firearm, donated by Smith & Wesson, in recognition for this achievement.
The NRA Outstanding Achievement Youth Award Presented by Brownells recognizes juniors and young adults who take an active part in the shooting sports through individual participation and educational pursuits.

To honor Sybil Ludington accomplishment and the accomplishments of modern heroines, the National Rifle Association bestows the prestigious Sybil Ludington Women's Freedom Award in her name.
